Returns and Exchanges:
Web sitemizden almış olduğunuz ürünün hatalı çıkması ya da bedeninin uygun olmaması gibi kişisel durumlarda teslimat tarihinden en geç 14 gün icerisinde iade ve değisim yapılabilmektedir.
- Exchanges are accepted only for products sent by the national postal service for overseas orders. Products sent with private cargo companies such as DHL, UPS cannot be exchanged.

– Değişim talebinize mail üzerinden cevap verilerek mailiniz onaylanacak ve değişim ve iade için adres bilgisi tarafınıza iletilecektir. Ürünü, size gönderilen paketle geri göndermeniz gerekmektedir.
– After you receive a response to your change request e-mail, you can pack the product completely and send it to the address that sent you by e-mail. Shipping cost is your responsibility.
– Products sent without creating a change request via mail IT CANNOT BE CHANGED.
– When the conformity of the products received to us with the exchange conditions is examined and your change request is approved, the new product will be sent back to you free of charge.
Exchange Terms:
– The exchange is done only once. Changes cannot be made for the second time.
– Kullanılmış, orijinalliğini kaybetmiş ve üzerinde etiketi bulunmayan ürünlerde kesinlikle değişim ve iade işlemi yapılmamaktadır.
– Kullanım kaynaklı hasar görmüş (yırtılmış, kalıpta deformasyon oluşmuş, kopmuş, vb.) ürünlerin değişimi ve iadesi kabul edilmemektedir.
– Ağır kokulu parfümler ya da iz bırakabilecek bir deodorant sürmüşken denenmiş ürünlerin değişimi ve iadesi kabul edilmemektedir.
– Free or promotional products sent as part of the order, if any, are not exchanged with all returned products.
– Yurt içi değişim gönderilerinizde istediğiniz kargo şirketini tercih edebilirsiniz. Paket değişim adresine ulaşıncaya kadar müşterinin sorumluluğu altındadır. Eysuşen Moda Tekstil San. ve Tic. Limited Şirketi, kargolama sırasında hasar görmüş veya kaybolmuş paketler için herhangi bir sorumluluk üstlenmemektedir. Lütfen kargolarınızın iyi paketlendiğinden ve takip edilebilir, sigortalı bir şirket ile gönderildiğinden emin olunuz.
